You will find some cozy seating area in this tiny apartment design has an impressive living room. The walls are painted in gray and white stripes to resemble awning pattern. It was intentionally done to create an interesting backdrop with eye-popping displays of color and the homeowner’s contemporary art collection. The small console table is polished in Yellow oil-based high gloss in Benjamin Moore. The walls are covered in Benjamin Moore in Gull Wing Gray and White stone in Ultra Spec 500. The designer is Nick Olsen who covered the cushioned with Yves Saint Laurent fabric which have vintage accent. The cushioned items are placed on the Chinese chairs. Still in the living room, here in tiny apartment design, there is a Moroccan rug ties serendipitously in all the rich colors in this gathering space. The custom sofa with elegant red velvet upholstery is by Carlyle and the appealing pillows are in Clarence House’s Jaguar. An ikat here is from Inshala Imports while the table lamps are from Christopher Spitzmiller. The red curtain offers some privacy to the inhabitants of this tiny apartment design. I see a stunning side table of glass with open storage beneath. Although the table of the living room quite is small, but the storage can be used to store some stuff or items. The wall that becomes the background of the seating set is adorned by a framed mirror with some paintings. Red table lamps with black lamps are placed on the side tabletops to bring a good balanced to the display.

The designer has closed up the cooking space pass-through and created the second seating area. A Regency-style sofa which is covered in vintage fabric of Yves Saint Laurent becomes the focal point besides the extended painting that covers the wall surface. A symmetrical display in the seating area, in this case the tiny apartment design is created by the painting as the axes together with the sofa and the wall sconces as the counterweight. Those elegant lighting fixtures are from Circa Lighting while the Sisal carpet is from ABC Carpet & Home. This cozy seating area is completed with two small coffee tables.
