Ken Fulk, the designer of this cottage-style living room has replaced a huge coffee table with drum tables in African style. The two tables are placed precisely in front of the gray Ralph Lauren sofa. This small living room is a part of a cottage in California. The new replacement is better for traffic flow rather than one of the big knee-knockers. To prettify the display, a silver vase with beautiful flowers is added to the table together with a dim light of a candle. Everyone will be easy to move wherever they want. Blue is the favorite color of designer’s clients, Lee Ann Thornton. Thus, she launched blue palette to the living room décor in an Old house in Greenwich, Connecticut. To create an elegant look at night and a fresh display during the sunlight, she mixed a custom color in a stone color. Then, she picked the color up in the linen which has a print accent that covering the surface of the chairs in Windsor Blue and another linen that covering the pillows of the sofa from Claremont Fabrics. She painted the legs of the sofa in off-white to keep the huge piece shining on its feet. Then, she dressed the gallant seat in Slubby Linen which is produced from Greenhouse Design. The warm shade of the brown sofa comes near to on aubergine that reinforcing the accents of purple in the space.
